    There have been 800+ participants since our inception in 2016.  We’ve had 5-dynamic keynotes, 45-breakout sessions, and 6-deep dive workshops.

    We’ve had over a dozen speakers present at some of the largest most prestigious marketing conferences in the country including PubCon, Marketo Marketing Summit, Inbound by HubSpot, and Content Marketing World, just to name a few. Not to mention 80% of our speakers are either from the Youngstown, Ohio or have a tie back to the area.

    DOYO Live is quickly becoming one of the top marketing conferences in Ohio and Western, Pennsylvania.

When she wasn’t rehearsing dance steps and harmonies for shows like A Little Night Music and The Taffetas, Rachel volunteered her time as a youth leader for junior and senior high school students throughout the 1990s and early 2000s. Her steps collided with a fellow youth leader, who happened to have pink hair and the same Muppet Show ringtone, who eventually became her husband and the father of her two children. Rachel’s personal time (in short supply as an entrepreneur!) is spent cycling in the mornings, reminding her kids that cursive homework isn’t forever, testing out new breweries throughout Colorado with her husband, and working in time with loved ones. She lives and dies by the Google calendar, and her ongoing quest is to use a mobile device with battery life capable of accommodating over 400 mobile apps.

While the sports agent gig didn’t pan out, the marketing one did. Being a one-woman marketing show at VEC, Becky wears several different hats – from social media, to design, to proposal writing, she’s a self-proclaimed marketing “jill of all trades.” Since her time at VEC, she’s worked closely with business development to create synergies between the two, increased social media presence and incorporated a blog into the content strategy for the company. In 2015, Becky became an entrepreneur when she began B2 Graphics, LLC a freelance graphic design company aimed at helping small to mid-size businesses with branding and web design.       Who is Dr. Mike Sevilla? I'm a local guy who was born and raised in the Youngstown, Ohio area. I went to Cardinal Mooney High School, Youngstown State University, and the Northeast Ohio Medical University for my schooling. My Family Medicine residency was at Summa Barberton Hospital in Barberton, Ohio and I've been at the Family Practice Center of Salem and Salem Regional Medical Center since 2001. Why go to a Family Physician? Family Physicians are personal doctors for people of all ages and health conditions. They are a reliable first contact for health concerns and directly addres most health care needs. Through enduring partnerships, Family Physicians help patients prevent, understand, and manage illness, navigate the health system and set health goals. As far as my social media story, my interest in social media began in 2005, when I was a physician social media pioneer in the creation of social media content back then. I started blogging as an anonymous writer in 2006 with "The Doctor Anonymous" blog. Back when I started, I wanted to bring the reader into the exam room with me to share how it is to take care of patients in the broken US health care system. Although I don't recommend it now, the culture back then was sharing stories about patients. I had no idea that people were interested in reading these stories. In 2011, I made the decision to "rebrand" myself and change from The Doctor Anonymous blog to the Family Medicine Rocks website. My goal at that time was to have a voice for Family Medicine topics for the general public and a potential place for Family Medicine and Primary Care physicians to share a dialogue. From the podium at the 2011 American Academy of Family Physicians Congress of Delegates meeting, then AAFP President Dr. Glen Stream declared that I was the "King of Family Medicine Social Media." Check out the video below. In the summer of 2013, I decided to take a break from social media for a variety of reasons (I recommend review of blog posts entitled, "Blogging Anniversary," "Reflections From Seven Years Online," "The Race For Relevancy," "Thanks For The Memories.") After four weeks away from the internet, the site was rebranded "DrMikeSevilla.com." In 2015, two great events occurred. First, I participated in the second ever TedXYoungstown event when I talked about Social Media and Medicine (see youtube video at the top of this page). Secondly. I was honored to be named a member of the External Advisory Board for the Mayo Clinic Center for Social Media and its Social Media Health Network.

Megan has brought numerous new clients to the mix, growing the company over 20% in the last 2 years alone. Megan has consisted of joint venture marketing events with other local businesses, including PNC Bank, L. Calvin Jones & Co., Sforza & Walker CPAs, and many more. Megan also produces regular content directed to target market audiences, a monthly newsletter, lunch and learns, and overall campaign product strategy throughout the year.       Marisa’s love affair with wine started in the basement of her parents’ home with a sippy cup at age 5. In fifth grade, she went public with her dream of being a winemaker.  A third-generation winemaker, she came by her career choice naturally, having grown up in the family winery business, and in 2015, she graduated from Cornell with a degree in Enology and Viticulture.  She also interned for and worked at E&J Gallo Winery in California. Her senior year capstone project at Cornell led to the launch of RedHead Wine - a unique blend of California Zinfandel and Chilean Carmenere. Although Marisa’s only been working full-time on RedHead since last August, it’s already available at nearly 200 stores in Ohio.  And she is hard at work on a Provence-style rose, with a profile that is fruit forward but clean, crisp and refreshing. It’s scheduled for release later this Spring.   Her longer-term goal is to create an iconic RedHead Brand, with a broad product line, aimed at millennials and females.  Marisa’s wine is her own unique concept, and now a growing business, if you will pardon the pun.

      Our world is complex and multilayered, yet if you look at the layers independently, they are surprisingly simple. My photography combines images with transparent layers to create multifaceted images. Handwriting and soft textures are combined with a photo to create a more intricate image. Looking for the simple layers inside of others often reveals the most enriching connections and my art provides a reminder to look deeper and embrace the simplicities of life. I grew up in New England and Western Pennsylvania and developed a strong connection to the many treasures of small town life. In college I explored my passion for photography and along the way discovered a desire for creativity. While my professional career was primarily in marketing, many artistic experiences have led me on this creative journey. As a busy wife, Mom and part-time university instructor there was plenty to keep me busy, but I had a strong desire to focus on art. After several classes in watercolor, acrylics, and photography I focused my efforts on photography and mixed media. Combining these mediums along with new digital technology allowed me to be creative as well as to showcase my photographs in a unique format. Inspired by flowers, anything vintage, cool building parts, and natural surroundings, my Photo Art Tiles offer a multi-dimensional perspective of people and places. Today I enjoy the simple layers of life with my family in Canfield, Ohio and Chautauqua, NY.

      Jim began launching websites in the late 1990s when the primary way to find a site was using directories like Yahoo. Shortly after starting his first web design business, Google came on the scene and suddenly customers were all vying for the number one spot on search engine results. Jim started writing computer games and math programs in high school. A veteran of the United States Army, he served in Operation Desert Storm during the Gulf War as an Intelligence Analyst, building computer databases. After returning home, he worked as a real estate agent and began writing programs for his business and creating websites. In 2004, founded RealEstatePointe, a company that creates and maintains real estate company websites and web applications across the country. Since then he has focused on digital marketing, SEO and website building for companies across a broad spectrum of industries. Jim is the Digital Marketing Director at PALO Creative where he gets to meet new clients who bring new challenges every week, which he calls “non-stop fun!”

      Christopher is a graduate of Youngstown State University where he received a Summa Cum Laude BSBA in Marketing Management. He is currently in the final year of graduate school (also at YSU), where is pursuing a Master of Business Administration. He is active in the community, volunteering with many valley organizations, especially those that contribute to the revitalization of Youngstown. Christopher lives in Boardman, Ohio with his wife Sarah and two rescue dogs, Wilbur and Claire. He currently serves as the Social Media Director at Sweeney Chevrolet Buick GMC, one of Ohio’s largest General Motors dealerships. He has served in this position since 2012 and has grown the dealership’s online presence year over year consistently and works to constantly keep the dealership at the forefront of digital marketing in the auto industry. One area of the dealership’s online presence Christopher takes most seriously, is their reputation. Under Christopher’s watch, Sweeney has received more than 1,000 positive online reviews across various platforms. He understands that your business’ online reputation is like the front of a building, and if you neglect it you’re just letting people spray paint the front of the building. Christopher also understands that sometimes, a bad situation online can quickly spiral. In his breakout session, Christopher will cover best practices to building your online reputation and how to manage these situations according to generally accepted public relations practices to ensure you’re protecting yourself.
